What happens if I receive the wrong HydroGraphics?

What happens if the HydroGraphics are damaged in shipment transfer?
If the product itself is damaged, please ensure to document the damage with images and email us these. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If the shipping packaging is already damaged, do not accept this. (refusal of acceptance)
What happens if I have to send my Indego™ to the service center?
In case your Indego™ needs to be sent to the service center please remove the personalised cover and replace it with the original.
